Thermaissance is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 12 years of experience to join our marketing team in Mumbai. The candidate will assist in the execution of paid campaigns, digital strategies, and marketing performance tracking. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Track and report daily campaign performance: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Collaborate with design team for creatives and support social media management
- Help compile monthly reports with key insights and improvements
- Run A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Monitor ad spends and flag over/under-utilization
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of paid marketing concepts: CPC, impressions, conversions, funnels
- Familiar with platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Canva
- Exposure to SEO tools like SEMrush or similar
- Knowledge of email marketing and WhatsApp marketing
- Understanding of landing page UX and optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
