We are a fast-growing consulting and services organisation operating across immigration, education, and professional services, with a strong focus on digital-first marketing. Our brands rely heavily on organic social media, content-led growth, and community engagement.
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys execution, understands trends, and can manage social media operations end-to-end from content planning to posting to performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and ongoing themes
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
Content & Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for creatives
- Assist in scripting reels, captions, hooks, and short-form video ideas
- Work on reels, carousels, static posts, and stories
Content Shooting & Video Support
- Assist in shooting video content alongside the leadership team, particularly for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and short-form content
- Support with basic on-ground setup during shoots (camera positioning, framing, lighting coordination, audio checks where required)
- Help ensure smooth execution during shoots by coordinating takes, references, and content flow
- Basic video editing skills (reels/shorts editing using tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.) will be considered a strong added advantage, though not mandatory
Community & Engagement
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions
- Engage with followers professionally and on time
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign coordination (where required)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Meta Business Suite, platform insights, and basic analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on engagement and reach trends
Campaign Support
- Support organic and paid campaigns (basic coordination, not heavy media buying)
- Assist with content for launches, events, and promotions
Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of hands-on social media experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of: Canva / CapCut / VN / InShot (any)/ Meta Business Suite
- Good command of written English (captions & communication)
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable with daily coordination
