This is not a desk job. You will be on the floor when the experience is happening , at our corporate cookoffs, our kids camps, our private dinners, our culinary events, camera in hand, capturing the moment, feeling the energy, and turning it into content that makes the whole city want in.

Why this role exists

We've hosted Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon and PepsiCo. We're building India's first culinary tourism accelerator, backed by the Government of Telangana and the Netherlands. We've put 6,500+ children through our kitchen at Orange Figs. We've documented Telugu cuisine like no one else.

The work is extraordinary.

What you'll actually do

Be on the floor. Capture the story.

• Show up at our experiences — Corporate cookoffs, kids camps, dinners, events and capture them live: reels, stories, candid moments, testimonials
• Turn one event into a week of content across every channel
• Find the story in the room that nobody else would notice

Own our social, end to end

• Manage all handles day to day — Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Business, YouTube
• Plan, schedule, publish and engage — on time, every day, to a calendar you run
• Write your own captions, design your own creatives, edit your own clips

Build the funnel, not just the feed

• Run outbound to HR and culture leads across Hyderabad's corporates for our team-engagement business
• Run Meta, LinkedIn and Google campaigns — and actually track what converts
• Fill Orange Figs cohorts through Instagram, Meta ads, parent communities and referrals
• Keep the CRM clean and report what's working

Keep it sharp

• Use AI tools daily to move faster
• Watch the numbers — reach, engagement, enquiries, cost per lead and adjust

Who we're looking for

• An MBA in marketing — We can't teach you basics, you must already have them.
• Young, sharp and genuinely active — you move fast, you self-start, you don't wait to be told
• 0–3 years experience, ideally from an agency (you've handled multiple accounts and know the grind) or a startup (you've done everything yourself)
• You shoot, write & design — a phone, good taste and strong instincts for what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfortable being on the ground at events, evenings and weekends when experiences happen — this is a people-and-places job, not a 10-to-6 desk role
• Flexible, hungry and here to grow — not someone counting hours or holding out for a big title

• You're from a large-corporate background where agencies did the actual work and you managed
• You expect a senior salary for execution-level work, or need a huge team under you to deliver
• You see this as a desk job or you're not comfortable being physically present at events
• You're passive or need to be chased. We move quickly and so must you. We're being direct to save us both time.
