TechBrein is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, social media marketing, campaign reporting, and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop and optimise lead-generation campaigns to attract relevant prospects and generate qualified business enquiries.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign results, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
• Test and optimise ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.
• Plan and manage social media content calendars, publishing schedules, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop marketing creatives and content.
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and website traffic improvement.
• Track conversions and evaluate lead quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platform changes, and industry best practices.
• Ensure campaigns and marketing deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, budget management, and lead generation.
• Ability to create, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
• Experience in social media management, content calendar planning, and campaign execution.
• Understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and remarketing is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Good communication, creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, web developers, and sales teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
