Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who doesn't just run ads, you own them. You know your ROAS from your CPL, you can explain why a campaign tanked (and fix it), and you're not afraid to jump on client calls and pitch like you mean it.
What You'll Be Doing
Running Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads end-to-end (Lead Gen + D2C + B2B)
Building reports that actually have insights, not just screenshots
Working with GA4, GTM, GSC like a pro
Handling client communication confidently (no script needed)
Optimizing landing pages, funnels, CRO, the whole growth stack
Planning content calendars & social strategies that align with performance goals
Setting up email automation & remarketing flows
Collaborating across teams to get work done (designers, writers, devs)
What We're Looking For
3 years hands-on with Meta & Google Ads
1 year with LinkedIn Ads
Experience in Lead Gen, E-commerce & B2B
Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, GSC
Client-facing communication skills
Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, landing page optimization
Bonus: CRM experience, funnel thinking, AI tools in your workflow
