Job Description

About SkillsNCR

SkillsNCR is an early-stage education and capability-building venture based in Gurugram. We are developing practical learning solutions for school students, parents and graduates, guided by a simple principle: understand the need before recommending a solution.

We are building the business, testing ideas and developing our customer base. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder and contribute visibly to the company's growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can manage multiple campaigns, create engaging content and turn marketing activity into relevant enquiries and measurable business outcomes.

You should be comfortable working inside advertising platforms—not just coordinating with agencies—and explaining your results through actual campaign data.

Your initial focus will be digital advertising, content and social media. As you demonstrate results and take on greater ownership, the role offers an opportunity to grow into broader marketing management across digital and offline channels.

What You Will Do
  • Manage paid campaigns: Plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and, where relevant, LinkedIn Ads. Handle audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy, creative testing and budget allocation within approved limits.
  • Create content: Develop social posts, carousels, basic graphics, short videos, reels and advertising creatives. Turn programme information and customer needs into clear, credible content.
  • Manage social channels: Maintain a practical content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Publish consistently, monitor responses and ensure enquiries reach the right person.
  • Generate and improve lead quality: Run campaigns that attract relevant parents, students and other target audiences. Work with the Founder to understand lead quality, improve messaging and support progression towards consultations and enrolments.
  • Track and report performance: Maintain campaign reports covering spend, qualified enquiries, cost per qualified lead and downstream conversions. Use analytics, tracking links and CRM records to distinguish clicks and form submissions from genuine customer interest.
  • Support offline marketing: Help plan and promote school outreach, community activities, events and local partnerships. Connect offline activity with digital promotion, lead capture and measurable follow-up.

What We Are Looking For

You should have practical experience managing paid campaigns, ideally across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with results you can explain and substantiate.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is important; LinkedIn Ads experience is strongly preferred.

You should also be able to create usable content independently using Canva or similar tools, write clear copy, perform basic video editing and manage multiple campaigns without losing track of budgets or deadlines.

We value familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, spreadsheets and basic CRM processes, alongside clear communication in Hindi and English.

Experience in EdTech, education, tuition, admissions or local-service lead generation will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, asks useful questions, learns from results and is comfortable working closely with the Founder in a small, early-stage team.

What Good Performance Looks Like

Success will be measured through relevant enquiries, improving campaign efficiency, reliable content delivery, accurate reporting and contribution to customer acquisition—not simply impressions, followers or the number of posts published.

Performance objectives will be agreed against the available budget, campaign baseline and business priorities.

Career Growth

This role offers the opportunity to progress towards Marketing Manager – Digital & Offline, with broader responsibility for marketing planning, campaigns, events, partnerships and brand-building.

Progression will depend on demonstrated performance, capability and business requirements. It is not an automatic promotion after probation.

Employment and Working Arrangement

This is a full-time employee position from the date of joining, with an initial three-month probation period.

The role requires in-person work in Gurugram and regular collaboration with the Founder. It is not a remote, freelance or internship opportunity.

How to Apply

Apply through LinkedIn with your resume. Please be ready to share one or two examples of campaigns you personally managed, along with content samples.

  • Campaign examples should explain the objective, period, advertising spend, results and your individual contribution. Anonymised case studies or appropriately redacted reports are welcome; please do not share confidential client information.
