KeyResponsibilities
- Manage and grow the hospital's digital presence across social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for hospital services, health camps, awareness programs, and doctor promotions.
- Create engaging content including posters, reels, captions, blogs, and campaign ideas.
- Handle social media scheduling, audience engagement, and response management.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and internal departments for marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate monthly reports.
- Optimize online branding and patient engagement strategies.
- Support website updates, SEO activities, and online advertisements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Management.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Canva.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
