Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and manage complete digital marketing activities with a strong focus on performance, growth, and ROI. The candidate must have hands-on experience in B2C product selling through digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Handling lead generation and online sales funnels for B2C products.
Overseeing SEO activities including keyword planning, on-page and off-page coordination.
Improving website conversion rates through landing page optimization and testing.
Planning and managing content for ads, social media, blogs, and videos.
Managing social media marketing, both organic and paid.
Handling email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and basic CRM coordination.
Planning, onboarding, and managing micro-influencers on a barter basis for brand promotion.
Monitoring budgets and ensuring efficient use of marketing spend.
Tracking campaign performance and preparing regular reports.
Coordinating with internal teams, agencies, designers, freelancers, and influencers.
Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-based platforms.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in digital marketing for B2C product selling.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools and keyword research.
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
Experience in onboarding and managing micro-influencers on a barter collaboration basis.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
Good communication and team management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce or D2C marketing.
Knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms.
Understanding of influencer and video marketing.
