Job Summary:

Onwords is seeking a creative and performance-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive responsible for creating engaging content and managing end-to-end digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Execute and manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Support and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as reach, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
  • Track and report performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital content.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and content formats.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Strong writing, creativity, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Video editing and short-form content creation (Reels/Shorts)
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
