Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Rampura Phul. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for music and brand promotion across social media, search, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to improve reach and engagement. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting market and audience research, and staying updated with digital marketing trends and platform best practices. The Digital Marketing Executive will help ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in social media marketing, including content planning, posting, and community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
• Experience with digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and basic knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data using analytics tools, generate simple reports, and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Basic content creation skills, including writing promotional copy, crafting captions, and collaborating with designers or editors on creatives and videos.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to understand campaign goals and coordinate effectively with artists, brands, and internal teams.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Familiarity with music and entertainment promotion, or prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment, is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
