At Kai Early Years, we're looking for a future-ready Digital Marketing Executive who embraces AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to help grow our admissions, strengthen our online presence, and support our professional learning initiatives through smart, innovative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and monitor conversions.
• Update and maintain our WordPress websites, including creating and editing pages.
• Design and optimise landing pages for campaigns, admissions, and events.
• Create and manage forms (Jotform/Google Forms) and integrate them with lead management systems.
• Maintain CRM and lead tracking sheets, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.
• Coordinate website content updates and implement basic SEO improvements.
• Work with design and content teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, audience research, ad copy, landing page content, and marketing workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and recommend innovative ways to improve marketing efficiency and performance.
• Support digital promotions for admissions, events, workshops, and teacher education programmes.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Is comfortable working with WordPress websites.
• Understands lead generation, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign optimisation.
• Has experience creating landing pages, managing website updates, and building online forms.
• Has basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
• Is proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Perplexity, or similar platforms to enhance productivity and marketing outcomes.
• Is organised, analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enjoys learning new technologies and thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools to create content, visuals, reports, and campaign insights.
