The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, promote real estate projects, and support the company's sales objectives. The candidate should have hands-on experience with social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, content marketing, SEO, and digital analytics. Key Responsibilities: 1.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. 2.Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels. 3.Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns. 4. Monitor campaign performance, including leads, cost per lead, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI. 5. Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic. 6.Manage social media pages and develop engaging content related to properties, projects, offers, and company updates. 7.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
