Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Communications
- Create content for social media, newsletters, website, brochures, and campaigns.
- Manage scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics for social platforms.
- Design simple creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Support event promotions, outreach activities, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Donor Relations
- Maintain donor databases and update records in CRM or Excel.
- Draft thank-you messages, renewal communication, and impact updates.
- Coordinate donor calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing donor reports, presentations, and feedback documents.
- Backend and Operations
- Maintain documentation, files, and communication logs.
- Track campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
- Support vendor coordination, printing, logistics, and event materials.
- Coordinate with fundraising and program teams to collect stories, photos, and reports.
