About the Role

We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Instagram Marketing Executive to help build an authentic and engaging online presence for ISF.

The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, create impactful content, and connect with parents, corporates, and community partners to strengthen our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Instagram & LinkedIn content calendars.
• Create and edit Reels, Stories, Carousels, and campaign visuals aligned with our brand.
• Highlight CSR collaborations, therapy success stories, and awareness campaigns.
• Grow engagement through organic strategies and paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Track and report social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Handle design, video editing, and campaign execution.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Reels editing, and hashtag strategy.
• Understands personal and cause-based branding.
• (Bonus) Background in NGO marketing, wellness, or CSR communications.
• Passionate about social impact, education, and awareness initiatives.
