Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Executive - Performance Marketing to join our growing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing and excited to drive user acquisition and growth through impactful digital campaigns management and operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute performance and brand marketing campaigns using Google ads, Meta ads, and DV360.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Continuously oversee campaign to optimize & improve ROI and business outcomes.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate performance reports and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Appsflyer/Branch to extract and interpret data.

Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize efficiency.
  • Track, monitor, and report performance against KPIs and business objectives.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and data analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing (No SEO/SMM)
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative growth strategies.
