Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bhubaneswar, with some work from home being acceptable. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media marketing, utilising web analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, and developing online marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement. Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
• Must have worked in any Top Agency with skills to manage multiple profiles simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools like GA4.
• Skills in Online Paid Advertisement which includes Google Ads, LinkedIN Ads, Meta Ads
• Strong SEO both on-page, off-page skills including GMB management.
• Understanding CMS Tools like Wordpress and website technologies for technical implementation is a must.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, both in-office and remotely
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience with Design, Creativity with Graphics, reels, videos is mandatory.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, Landing page, email, sms and WhatsApp marketing is a must.
• Must know how to generate leads and design funnels that actually works.
