Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads for IT projects (WordPress, .NET, Java, PHP, React).
- Optimize PPC campaigns, landing pages, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Develop outbound sales strategies and nurture client relationships to close deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reports and pipeline forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation for IT projects.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO purposes.
- Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
