Job DescriptionAs a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, handling website content, and ensuring effective SEO & SEM strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of AdSense, paid media campaigns, SEO, SEM, and website management. Prior experience working with Marathi language-based content and companies will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Paid Media & AdSense:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor Google AdSense performance and implement strategies for revenue optimization.
- Track ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and ensure cost-effective ad spend.
- SEO & SEM:
- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO to improve website ranking.
- Optimize content for search engines and stay updated on Google algorithm changes.
- Implement SEM strategies (Google Ads, PPC, retargeting) to enhance brand visibility.
- Website Management & Content Marketing:
- Manage website updates, structure, and content to ensure an engaging user experience.
- Work closely with content teams to curate, edit, and upload website content.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX/UI design for better performance.
- Social Media & Digital Strategy:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Work on content planning, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers for high-quality digital campaigns.
- Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule engaging posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Marathi Language Content (Preferred):
- Manage digital campaigns with a focus on Marathi-language content for regional audiences.
- Optimize Marathi-language SEO strategies for better audience reach.
Job Requirement- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google AdSense, SEO, SEM, and Paid Media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Proficiency in website management (WordPress, CMS, basic HTML knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Previous experience with Marathi language-based content and campaigns (preferred).
- Social Media Expertise: Experience in managing and optimizing brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
