Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Vanagaram, Madhuravoyal. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote the academy's programs, events, and brand. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and updating website content, coordinating digital promotions, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves working closely with the coaching and administration teams to gather content, develop marketing materials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will also analyze audience engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong Marketing and Communication skills to plan campaigns, craft clear messaging, and engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including content scheduling and community management.
• Experience in Web Content Writing to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for websites, blogs, and digital collateral.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Good understanding of basic design principles and familiarity with tools such as Canva or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Madhuravoyal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, particularly in education, sports, or training institutions, is preferred.
• Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is beneficial.
