About DROPZ

DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will own end to end execution across performance and lifecycle channels with higher autonomy, sharper judgment, and stronger accountability than a junior hire. This is a 0 to 100 role where you move fast, sweat the details, and build culture by taking ownership, raising the quality bar, and staying invested in long term wins that compound across drops.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google (and expand to new channels as needed), translating drop goals into audience, budget, bidding, creative, and landing page choices that improve conversion and sell out velocity.
  • Own tracking hygiene end to end, including pixel events, UTMs, naming conventions, and link validation, so every campaign has clean measurement and the team can trust performance signals.
  • Build a repeatable drop marketing workflow with pre launch checklists, post launch retros, and documented learnings, so each release improves on the last instead of restarting from scratch.
  • Coordinate creative requirements with design and content teams, giving clear briefs on hooks, formats, and timelines, then ensuring assets match platform specs and messaging before launch.
  • Partner with product and website stakeholders to keep landing pages conversion ready, aligning ad promise to on page story, ensuring load speed and tracking integrity, and flagging issues early before they cost revenue.
  • Monitor pacing daily against budgets and drop calendars, making optimizations across audiences, placements, creatives, and bids, while documenting changes so decisions stay explainable and repeatable.
  • Maintain weekly performance reporting across spend, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA, and drop level outcomes, turning dashboards into insights and concrete next actions for creative, targeting, and funnel improvements.
  • Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing variants, setting clear hypotheses, ensuring clean test setup, and shipping the next iteration quickly based on evidence.
  • Execute and improve email and SMS flows around drop moments when needed, handling segmentation, scheduling, and link tracking so urgency and hype translate into traffic and checkout completion.
  • Stay current on platform policy, tracking changes, and new ad formats, proactively identifying risk, escalating what matters early, and proposing practical fixes so launch windows are protected.

Who You Are

  • You have 12 to 24 months of hands on experience in digital or performance marketing, and you can independently set up, run, and optimize campaigns with minimal supervision.
  • You are strong on fundamentals, you understand funnel metrics and can explain what moved, why it likely moved, and what you changed to improve outcomes.
  • You treat tracking as non negotiable, you can QA pixels, UTMs, and events, and you respond fast when something breaks because clean data protects decision quality.
  • You write clear briefs and coordinate smoothly with design, content, and product teams, giving crisp requirements and timelines so assets and pages ship without last minute chaos.
  • You are comfortable managing budgets and pacing, and you make calm, quick optimization calls during high intensity launch periods while keeping notes for future learning.
  • You run experiments with discipline, defining hypotheses, controlling variables where possible, and documenting results so wins compound and failures still produce useful learnings.
  • You are spreadsheet confident and analytics aware, able to reconcile ad platform numbers with site results and spot inconsistencies that need investigation.
  • You thrive in a 0 to 100 startup environment, take full ownership of your workstream, and bring daily intensity because you want to build something rare, not just hold a job.
  • You are a low friction collaborator, open to feedback, quick to course correct, and focused on making the work better instead of protecting your first draft.
  • You bring process without slowing things down, keeping trackers, naming conventions, and handoffs clean so the team moves faster with fewer surprises.

What We Offer

  • High ownership scope with real outcomes, you will run campaigns that influence revenue, learn fast through execution, and grow by being trusted with important work early.
  • A front row seat to building a 0 to 100 limited edition platform, where your marketing decisions directly shape drop momentum and how culture experiences the brand.
  • Growth through building from scratch, you will help create repeatable drop playbooks, tracking discipline, and creative testing habits that scale with the platform.
