Job Type: Full-time, office-based, 6 days a week, no remote or hybrid opportunity available

Salary:upto 50k (non-negotiable)

Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website to ultimately drive lead generation and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
2. Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics.
3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
5. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
6. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
7. Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the FMCG
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
6. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, and Web Trends).
8. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
