Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Work on social media and digital marketing activities for assigned brands.
• Understand different brands, audiences and digital platforms.
• Contribute to content planning, campaign ideas and digital strategies.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platforms and the ever-changing digital landscape.
• Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the team and clients.

Client Communication

• Communicate with clients and understand their requirements, goals and expectations.
• Build strong working relationships with clients.
• Coordinate feedback, approvals and follow-ups.
• Proactively flag challenges and help find solutions.

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with creative, copy, design and social media teams.
• Create clear briefs and ensure everyone is aligned on requirements and timelines.
• Track deliverables, deadlines and approvals.
• Ensure work is accurate, polished and aligned with the brand before it reaches the client.

Reporting & Insights

• Assist with monthly performance reports.
• Understand what worked, what didn't and why.
• Identify useful insights from performance data.
• Contribute recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.
