Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create ad copy, extensions, and landing page requirements for Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, lead quality, and cost per enquiry.
- Implement A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization.
Google Business Profile (GMB) Management
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility and enquiries.
- Create and publish regular Google Business Profile posts, updates, offers, and promotional content.
- Manage Google Business Profile content, reviews, profile performance, and Google Maps visibility.
- Track local keyword rankings and recommend improvements.
Website & Agency Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for website, SEO, branding, and digital marketing partners.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, tracking implementation, and marketing deliverables.
- Monitor SEO progress and website performance.
Tracking, Reporting & Reputation Management
- Manage Google Analytics, conversion tracking, call tracking, WhatsApp tracking, and reporting systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends.
- Drive Google review generation, testimonials, and online reputation initiatives.
Target Achievement
- Improve Google Business Profile visibility and local search rankings.
- Increase qualified enquiries through Google Ads and digital marketing initiatives.
- Reduce cost per enquiry and improve lead quality.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign performance monitoring.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing; freshers with relevant certifications may also apply.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Local SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with website coordination, Google marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email drafting.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
