JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and monitor content, including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance to ensure high-quality lead generation at minimal cost.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
3. SEO & Website Management
- Optimize website content for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve site performance and user experience.
4. Content & Email Marketing
- Create and distribute engaging email campaigns and newsletters.
- Work with content writers to develop blog posts, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Repurpose content for different digital platforms.
5. Event & Webinar Promotions
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for study abroad fairs, webinars, and workshops.
- Use landing pages, social media ads, and email marketing to drive event registrations.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in theeducation or study abroad sector.
- Strong knowledge ofGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience withGoogle Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency incontent creation and email marketing tools(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
