Role Description Digital Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Mohali. The role focuses on lead generation, brand positioning, and demand creation for Capricorncorp's complete product line, including cloud services, VPS, Windows RDP servers, email hosting, SMS solutions, and IVR platforms.

The candidate will plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns, manage Google Ads and social media marketing, optimize SEO and landing pages, and create content that clearly communicates technical products in simple business language. The role requires close coordination with sales and technical teams to drive qualified leads and measurable conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital campaigns for Windows/Linux VPS, RDP servers, cloud hosting, email hosting, SMS & IVR services

Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns

Create high-conversion website content, landing pages, ad copies, and email campaigns

Drive SEO strategy for cloud and hosting-related keywords

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards

Work with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue and lead quality

Improve brand visibility across Justdial, LinkedIn, Google Business, and other platforms

Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing

Experience with Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns

Ability to market technical / IT products in a business-friendly manner

Good content writing and communication skills

Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting

Familiarity with cloud, hosting, VPS, or SaaS products is a strong advantage

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
