BKM Health is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company engaged in both retail pharmacy operations and wholesale B2B distribution of nutraceuticals and healthcare products. With a growing footprint in both B2B and B2C markets, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that enhance health outcomes. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts across multiple customer segments and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.

- Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility of product pages and service offerings across pharmacy and wholesale sites.

- Manage social media channels for brand awareness, customer engagement, and community building, tailored to both consumer and business audiences.

- Coordinate email marketing campaigns for product promotions, seasonal offers, and educational content.

- Drive traffic and conversions through optimised landing pages, product listings, and promotional banners.

- Monitor and analyse key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track performance and make data-driven improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to create campaign assets and align messaging.

- Stay updated on pharmaceutical marketing regulations and ensure all content and ads comply with industry standards.

- Generate reports on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to management.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience: 34 years of hands-on digital marketing experience,

- Strong proficiency in ADS Tools, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CMS platforms.

- Experience in both lead generation (B2B) and consumer marketing (B2C).

- Excellent copywriting and communication skills for diverse audience segments.

- Ability to interpret analytics and implement data-backed marketing decisions.

- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
