Job Responsibilities

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.

Handle company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

Plan and execute Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversion rates.

Conduct basic keyword research, competitor analysis and market research.

Coordinate with the creative/content team for marketing materials.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital marketing performance.

Generate new ideas to increase brand visibility, engagement and leads.

Maintain the company's online presence and ensure consistent branding.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Good communication and content-writing skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic-design tools.

Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare reports.

Creative mindset with good understanding of social-media trends.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
