Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat(On-site)

Through its extensive database and directory of leading brands and producers, BTN helps buyers efficiently source new products and innovate their portfolios. Producers use BTN to expand distribution and reach thousands of qualified importers, distributors, and brokers actively seeking new offerings. Buyers rely on BTN as a one-stop sourcing platform to discover products that add value, drive innovation, and help maintain a competitive edge in the beverage industry. BTN focuses on creating direct, efficient connections that support business growth for all participants.

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and intellectually sharp Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends, capable of thinking strategically, and skilled at creating and executing effective campaigns across multiple digital platforms and BTN's industry-leading assets.

We are specifically looking for super smart, high-ownership individuals who are serious about building a long-term career with us. The candidate should understand professional communication, brand positioning, audience engagement, and ideally have exposure to the alcohol beverage industry, global beverage trends, B2B media, events, and trade communication.

Candidates based in or around Vadodara will be preferred.

Candidates willing to relocate to Vadodara may also apply.

The ideal candidate should also have hands-on understanding of:

  • Newsletter marketing and audience engagement
  • Social media strategy and content execution
  • Podcast promotion, distribution, and amplification
  • Digital storytelling across multiple platforms

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email marketing, newsletters, podcasts, and web.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Track campaign metrics, lead generation, reach, engagement, and conversion performance.

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Develop engaging content including blogs, newsletters, videos, podcasts, infographics, social media content, and marketing collateral aligned with BTN's voice and mission.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and internal teams to create high-quality digital assets.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow BTN's social media presence while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
  • Create creative engagement strategies to grow followers, improve audience interaction, and increase visibility.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, partnerships, and industry engagement initiatives.

Newsletter & Podcast Marketing

  • Execute newsletter campaigns focused on audience retention, engagement, and industry communication.
  • Support podcast publishing, promotion, audience growth, and distribution strategies across platforms.
  • Repurpose podcast and long-form content into engaging social media and marketing assets.

SEO and Analytics

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Work closely with the web team to optimize website content for user experience, lead generation, and performance marketing.
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights and improve campaign effectiveness.

Event Promotion

  • Plan and execute digital strategies to promote BTN's events including webinars, trade shows, competitions, conferences, and educational sessions.
  • Collaborate with the events team to align marketing efforts with business and event goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, social media insights, engagement metrics, and growth analysis.
  • Take ownership of targets and track achieved numbers against planned KPIs and deliverables.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance data.
