About the Role

The Marketing Executive is the daily execution engine behind BigStep's brand and content machine. Sitting at the intersection of brand, content, and pipeline support, this role is responsible for building the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, the web, partner marketplaces, newsletters, and emerging AI search engines. You will work closely with the CMO and the Outbound GTM Expert to ensure every piece of content drives credibility, inbound interest, or a faster sales cycle not just impressions.

Roles & Responsibilitie

  • Own and manage all brand touchpoints including the company website, LinkedIn, Clutch, AWS/Google Cloud partner portals, Glassdoor, blog, etc, ensuring all content is SEO, GEO, and AEO-optimised
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Website, LinkedIn, founders branding, and repurposed case studies, webinar clips, and sales insights delivered as carousels, short-form video, and thought-leadership posts
  • Produce and maintain marketing collateral including case studies, landing pages, capability decks, one-pagers, and newsletters
  • Build AEO presence by publishing optimised assets (FAQs, comparison pages, structured schema content) and maintaining brand listings on Reddit, Quora, G2, Clutch, and GitHub to drive AI engine citations
  • Plan and execute webinars end-to-end from invite and landing page to post-event repurposing and create lead capture assets including market reports and campaign landing pages
  • Deliver a weekly performance report covering output, results, and pipeline-attributed leads; maintain CRM marketing attribution and run one experiment per month (lead magnet, landing page, or newsletter test)

Key Requiremen

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in Technology / IT services, SaaS, AI, or tech consulting with a clear track record of output, not just ownership
  • Working knowledge of AEO and generative search including schema markup, FAQ structuring, and how LLMs surface and cite content
  • Strong written English across formats including social posts, case studies, landing pages, and decks, with sales-grade copy standards
  • Comfortable with basic SEO principles and CRM reporting in Google Sheets or Excel
  • AI-fluent with daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for research, drafting, and workflow automation.
