Advertising Executive (Ecommerce & Quick Commerce)
At Gytree, we're building a women's wellness brand rooted in science, community, and real outcomes. As we scale across D2C, ecommerce marketplaces, and quick commerce, we're looking for a hands-on junior advertising executive to join our growth team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and real learning not just reporting.
This role is for you if you:
- Have 12 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
- Have worked on Amazonecommerce / q-commerce platforms like Blink It, Zepto etc
- Understand the detailed working of marketplace ads, Google and Meta
- Are passionate about conversions and growth
- Want to grow into a strong performance marketer, not just an executor
What you'll work on:
- Ad execution across ecommerce, quick commerce platforms, D2C etc
- Assisting with campaign setup, optimisation, and daily monitoring
- Tracking performance metrics like CTR, CAC, ROAS, conversions
- Coordinating with creative and content teams on ad requirements
- Learning how to scale budgets responsibly and improve outcomes
What we're looking for:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce performance marketing
- Comfort with numbers, dashboards, and reporting
- You should know how to build reports on excel sheets etc
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn fast
- Interest in consumer brands is a bonus
