We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Executive to scale our online presence, generate quality enquiries, and build a powerful digital brand.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation- Run paid ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube for real estate campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for luxury properties, commercial assets, rentals, and advisory services.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and ROI.
- Landing page creation & A/B testing.
2. Social Media Management (India & Dubai Markets)- Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads & X.
- Create engaging reels, property walkthroughs, testimonials, success stories.
- Manage posting calendar, captions, hashtags, and platform growth strategy.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to enquiries.
3. Branding & Creative Content- Create brand-aligned creatives for listings, project promotions, developer tie-ups, and consulting services.
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, photographers, and influencers.
- Build a premium aesthetic for both India and Dubai markets.
4. SEO & Website Management- Manage website updates, property listings, blogs, and SEO optimization.
- Improve keyword rankings for real estate and hospitality consulting.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics.
5. CRM & Automation- Manage leads on CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/NoBroker/Custom CRM).
- Implement remarketing campaigns, drip emails, WhatsApp automation.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis- Track local and global real estate marketing trends.
- Benchmark competitor campaigns in India & Dubai.
- Suggest innovative content and paid strategy ideas.
Skills Required- Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads).
- Good understanding of the real estate market (India/Dubai preferred).
- Excellent copywriting for real estate ads and social posts.
- Ability to manage video shoots, reels, and creative briefs.
- Basic understanding of SEO & analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
- Familiarity with CRM & lead nurturing workflows.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO (bonus).
