*About the Role*

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who is passionate about social media, communication, and learning new things.

*This role is ideal for someone with less professional experience but a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and an interactive personality. We are more interested in your attitude, creativity, confidence, and ability to understand and execute ideas than in years of experience.*

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage and regularly update the company's social media platforms.

Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Come up with fresh and creative content ideas.

Stay updated with current social media trends, reels, viral content, and new platform features.

Write simple and engaging captions and social media content.

Interact with followers, customers, and audiences through comments, messages, and social media platforms.

Understand the company's products/services and communicate them effectively through social media.

Coordinate with internal teams for photos, videos, campaigns, events, and other content requirements.

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Observe competitors and market trends and share new ideas with the team.

Track basic social media performance and understand what type of content works best.

Be open to feedback and continuously improve content and communication.

Take initiative to learn new tools, platforms, and social media techniques.

*Experience & Qualification*

- MBA/BBA - 

- degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
