Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on social media and content-driven initiatives to promote company's brand and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing web content, tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, and providing regular reports and insights to improve engagement and lead generation. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, support recruitment marketing efforts, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Communication to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably in a services or recruitment-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, basic SEO principles, and content best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
