As an Associate Director - Digital Marketing, you will be an architect of high-impact digital campaigns, working closely with industry pioneers from Microsoft, Uber, PayPal, Airtel, Jio, and more. You will lead innovative, AI-powered marketing initiatives and gain unparalleled recognition in our fast-growing ecosystem , fostering continuous personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and strategize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Optimize advertising ROI using AI-driven insights, data analytics, and automation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies across search, display, video, social, and performance marketing.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and trends to create audience-specific, hyper-personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Own the marketing P&L by efficiently allocating budgets, improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and scaling paid media strategies for optimal business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and data analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Test and refine ad creatives through A/B testing, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track, measure, and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop automation strategies and workflows to improve marketing efficiency, including integration with CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution models.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and ad tech integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and other ad platforms.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and first-party data strategies.
  • Experience in managing international campaigns and multilingual advertising strategies.
