Whom are we looking for
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a knack for digital marketing to join our team. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and interested in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, from content calendars to basic content management.
What will be your key responsibilities
A. Graphic Design
- Create visual assets for social media, website, emailers, presentations, and internal/external communications
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables
- Develop static and motion graphics as needed (basic video editing is a plus)
- Support design needs for events, campaigns, and internal projects
B. Digital Marketing Support
- Prepare monthly content and social media calendars
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely content delivery
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Track engagement metrics and share basic performance reports
- Assist in writing or editing short-form content for captions, banners, etc.
- Support email campaigns and newsletters through design and basic content edits

What are the key requirements for the role
- 13 years of experience in a similar hybrid role
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Good communication and collaboration skills
