Digital Marketing & Creative Executive

We are looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing & Creative Executive who can manage bulk email and WhatsApp marketing while also supporting website management, graphic designing, lead generation, and AI-based creative content.

The ideal candidate should be professional, creative, technologically skilled, and capable of communicating confidently with international/foreign buyers in professional English.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing

- Manage bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Research potential international buyers and businesses.
- Prepare professional email campaigns and promotional content.
- Maintain and organize email databases.
- Track responses, leads, and campaign performance.
- Communicate professionally with buyers through email.

2. WhatsApp Marketing

- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Prepare professional promotional messages and creatives.
- Communicate with potential buyers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer/prospect databases.
- Follow responsible and compliant WhatsApp marketing practices.

3. Graphic Designing

- Create high-end marketing creatives using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Design product images, banners, advertisements, catalogs, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand appearance.

4. AI Image Creation & Prompt Engineering

- Create high-quality, realistic commercial/product images using AI tools.
- Develop detailed and effective prompts for professional AI image generation.
- Understand lighting, composition, camera angles, backgrounds, product placement, and realistic rendering.
- Edit and enhance AI-generated images using Photoshop.
- Stay updated with new AI tools and creative techniques.

5. Website Support

- Have a basic understanding of websites and e-commerce.
- Upload and update products, images, descriptions, banners, and other website content.
- Assist with basic website/content management.
- Have a basic understanding of SEO and online product presentation.

6. B2B Research & Lead Generation

- Research platforms such as Alibaba and other B2B platforms to identify potential buyers, importers, distributors, and businesses.
- Search and collect relevant company and buyer information.
- Maintain organized lead databases.
- Support the sales team with qualified leads.

Working Hours

Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The candidate is expected to be available and actively working during these hours, with appropriate breaks as per company policy.

Work activity/time-tracking software may be used during working hours with prior notice.
