Digital Marketing Coordinator - Remote - US Shift in EST 9am-6pm.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team for US Healthcare Services. This role will focus on social media, email newsletters, Facebook/Meta ads, marketing flyers, campaign assets, and day-to-day digital marketing execution.
We use the Zoho platform for CRM, marketing, campaign management, and related business workflows, so experience with Zoho is strongly preferred.
You will work closely with our leadership team and SEO Manager, who owns organic SEO and website blog content. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Create and coordinate email newsletters, announcements, and promotional campaigns using Zoho or similar marketing platforms
- Support and manage Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking
- Create marketing flyers, simple graphics, social posts, email banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
- Use Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing tools to support campaigns, contact lists, segmentation, lead tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines across digital channels
- Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, clicks, leads, cost per lead, conversions, email open rates, and campaign ROI
- Work with the SEO Manager to align campaigns with website content, landing pages, and overall marketing goals
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all marketing materials
- Assist with lead generation campaigns, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Research competitors, social trends, audience behavior, and content ideas
- Keep campaign data organized and updated within Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating marketing content
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or similar CRM/marketing platforms
- Ability to create simple, professional marketing graphics and flyers using Canva or similar design tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good understanding of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, engagement rate, open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned marketing activities
- Able to work with contact lists, campaign segments, lead sources, and basic CRM reporting
Nice to Have
- Strong experience with the Zoho ecosystem, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, Zoho Marketing Automation, or Zoho Analytics
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns or B2B marketing
- Experience creating email journeys, drip campaigns, or lead nurture campaigns
- Basic knowledge of landing pages, lead forms, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, professional services, or B2B lead generation
- Basic video editing or short-form content creation experience
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with strong execution. The ideal candidate should be able to take a campaign idea and turn it into social posts, newsletters, ad creatives, flyers, email campaigns, and measurable marketing activity.
This is not primarily an SEO or blog-writing role. Organic SEO and website blog content are handled separately by our SEO Manager.
