Peerspolyis expanding its team in India and is looking for aDigital Marketing Coordinatorto join our growing operations in Coimbatore. We are aprofessional services company supporting international projects, and this role will work closely with ourMarketing Leadto support content creation and digital engagement across key platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for ajunior marketing professionalwho enjoys crafting meaningful content, understanding different audiences, and contributing to impactful B2B communication.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and preparesocial media contentwhile following brand and communication guidelines

Assist inrepurposing marketing materials(blogs, presentations, reports) into engaging social media posts

Designvisual assets using Canva(carousels, square posts, and other formats)

Work closely with theMarketing Leadto maintain a structured and consistent content calendar

Ensure messaging remainsprofessional, clear, and aligned with B2B communication standards

What We're Looking For

Must Have

Strongwritten English communication skills

Experience withCanvaor willingness to learn

Basic understanding ofLinkedIn as a professional platform

Ability toadapt messaging for different audiences and markets

Nice to Have

Exposure toB2B marketing or communication environments

Familiarity withAI tools used for content creation
