We need a content-first growth creator who can ideate, design, and ship high-quality social + ad + in-app content that drives ZigMe's adoption and trust.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy + design + growth. You will own content from idea to executioncreating sharp, student-first and recruiter-friendly narratives that drive registrations, product activation, and brand equity.
You should be great at turning insights into content systems: campaigns, carousel series, reels, ad creatives, landing visuals, onboarding content, and product usage prompts.
Key Responsibilities1) Content Strategy & Planning
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create campaign themes aligned to ZigMe's product launches, seasonal hiring cycles, and student milestones.
- Develop idea banks for:
- Fresher pain points
- Interview readiness
- Campus-to-corporate transformation
- Recruiter trust + proof stories
- Convert insights into repeatable content formats (series, templates, frameworks).
2) Social Content Creation
- Create high-quality content pieces including:
- Carousels
- Static posts
- Stories
- Short-form video concepts
- Meme-informed, non-cringe Gen Z communication
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity.
3) Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design ad creatives for:
- Meta
- Google
- YouTube
- LinkedIn (as needed)
- Generate multiple creative variants for A/B testing (hooks, headlines, layouts).
- Work closely with growth to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate.
4) In-Platform Content (Product Content)
- Write and design product-led content such as:
- Onboarding tips
- Feature explainers
- Tooltips/microcopy
- Banners
- Email/WhatsApp content for activation
- Ensure clarity, motivation, and action-first communication.
5) Basic Video Support (Not Heavy Editing)
- Conceptualize short-form videos and scripts.
- Execute simple edits when needed (cuts, captions, basic transitions).
- Coordinate with editors/creators for advanced production.

- Proficiency with tools like:
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- Adobe basics (bonus)
- Ability to create performance creatives quickly and smartly.
- Strong copy instincts: punchy, simple, high-conversion writing.
- Understanding of social trends without forcing them.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in EdTech/HRTech, youth brands, or early-career audiences.
- Familiarity with landing page content structure.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and creative performance interpretation.
- Experience working with creators or campus communities.
