About the Role

BJW Health is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our team.

The role involves creating and managing digital content for a B2B healthcare business, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, branding and digital marketing.

We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strong storytelling and creativity to our digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms
• Develop creative ideas and concepts for B2B marketing
• Write social media captions, posts, scripts and marketing content
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Create and coordinate basic creatives, reels and short-form videos
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Work closely with the marketing, sales and leadership teams
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
• Research trends, competitors and relevant industry content

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional content
• Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools
• Interest in branding, content and digital marketing
• Ability to understand a B2B audience and communicate ideas effectively
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new formats and ideas

Freshers with a strong creative portfolio or relevant internship experience may also be considered.
