About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive to work at HVS Hospitals and closely with Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar, a leading Interventional Radiologist and Vascular Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and creating high-quality digital content, capturing patient stories and testimonials, ORM (online reputation management), and supporting the doctor's professional digital presence through CME presentations and case-based content.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient-Centric Content Collection:
- Collect Google reviews and engage with patients and relatives to record video testimonials.
- Gather case data and outcomes to build compelling stories in video or visual format.
- Be present at the clinic to coordinate, assist, and document key cases or consultations (with consent).
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Create informative, visually appealing content based on unique case studies and procedures conducted at various hospitals and clinics.
- Convert medical case data into short videos, reels, infographics, or carousel posts using tools like Canva, Capcut/VN/InShot, Instagram.
- Work with the doctor to brainstorm and schedule relevant posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
CME & Presentation Support:
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for CMEs, academic talks, and conferences.
- Collaborate with Dr. Phatarpekar to document and present complex interventional cases in a structured, digestible format.
- Maintain an archive of CME content, slides, and media files.
Video Content:
- Record case videos or doctor explainers using a camera, tripod, and lighting setup.
- Coordinate script outlines or key talking points with the doctor, and assist in on-site video shooting and editing.
Coordination & Scheduling:
- Work in sync with Dr. Phatarpekar's clinic/hospital schedule to plan content shoots, review collection, and content publishing timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery and approval of content, and adapt to an agile work style with changing case availability and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Design, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or healthcare communications.
- Strong skills in Canva, PowerPoint, video editing apps, and social media content formats.
- Comfortable speaking with patients and their families to guide them in sharing testimonials or feedback.
- Ability to shoot professional-looking videos using a phone/camera with lighting equipment.
- Organised, dependable, and able to handle multiple projects at once with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of medical/clinical content is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: 35,000 45,000 per month (all inclusive)
- Final offer will be based on profile strength, skills, and performance during assessment
- Compensation is aligned with industry standards for digital healthcare marketing roles
