Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing marketing strategies developed by the Marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to execute marketing campaigns and create content for and publish to digital and traditional marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing creative and materials, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events to meet company objectives.
Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, power point presentations, advertisements, and other pieces as needed.
Assist in the creation and scheduling of posts for the company's social media accounts.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM management.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports on channel and campaign performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing or related roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and creative marketing software (e.g., Canva, MailChimp/Brevo, Google Analytics & Webmaster tools, and social media management tools).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
