Key Responsibilities

Integrated Strategy & Revenue Alignment

Own the global digital and integrated marketing strategy across TOF MOF BOF.

Ensure all campaigns are tightly aligned with revenue goals, pipeline targets, and GTM priorities.

Translate business objectives into scalable, measurable digital programs.

Team Leadership & Execution

Lead and develop a multi-functional global team across Paid Media, SEO, Web, ABM, Social, and Campaign Planning.

Build a culture of execution excellence, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

End-to-End Campaign Orchestration

Own integrated campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring a single narrative across all channels.

Partner closely with Product Marketing, Geo/Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams.

Balance global consistency with regional relevance.

Organic Growth & Web Experience

Drive organic demand through SEO-led content and structured web journeys.

Own website performance including CRO, CTA strategy, landing pages, and experimentation.

Deliver a high-converting, best-in-class digital experience.

Performance Marketing

Lead global paid and performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.

Own budgets, audience strategy, experimentation, and optimization.

Continuously improve ROI, CAC, and pipeline efficiency.

MarTech & Automation

Own the global MarTech stack (CMS, analytics, CRM, attribution) in partnership with IT.

Ensure data accuracy, platform scalability, and global compliance.

Enable advanced automation and attribution capabilities.

Lifecycle Marketing & Sales Alignment

Build and scale advanced lifecycle and nurture programs.

Refine lead scoring, segmentation, and routing to improve lead quality.

Strengthen SLAs and feedback loops with Sales and SDR teams.

Reporting & Governance

Establish global reporting frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, and SOPs.

Manage agencies and vendors with clear performance SLAs and governance standards.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in B2B digital and integrated marketing (enterprise software preferred).

Proven leadership across paid media, SEO, web, ABM, and campaign operations.

Strong cross-functional influence with PMM, Sales, SDRs, Geo, and Partner teams.

Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, lifecycle nurture, and performance measurement/attribution.

Demonstrated success building revenue-aligned, scalable demand engines.
