Job Description

Are you a data-driven marketer looking to learn the ropes of high-stakes performance marketing and lead generation We are looking for a hungry, proactive Digital Marketing & Business Development Intern to help scale a specialized consultancy focusing on dental practice growth and marketing analytics.

This isn't a make-the-coffee internship. You will be on the front lines of identifying high-value prospects and executing outreach strategies.

The Role

Your primary focus will be on Growth & Prospecting. You will work directly with the lead consultant to:

  • Identify Prospects: Use tools like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and industry directories to find US-based dental practices or multi-location clinics that fit our ideal client profile.
  • Audit & Research: Conduct preliminary mini-audits of a prospect's digital presence (GTM implementation, site speed, and ad visibility) to find pain points.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Craft and send personalized reach-out messages via LinkedIn and Email to decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Keep our lead pipeline organized and ensure follow-ups happen on time.
  • Support Analytics: Assist in building automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Looker Studio.

  • Strong Communicator: You can write professional, persuasive copy that doesn't sound like spam.
  • Tech-Curious: Familiarity with WordPress, GTM, or basic SQL is a huge plus.
  • Self-Starter: You are comfortable working remotely and hitting weekly lead-gen targets.
