Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. The position also includes collaborating with marketing teams, managing sales pipelines, and delivering presentations to prospective clients to showcase the value of services offered by Your Socials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing agency sales

Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, content marketing, and PR

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals effectively

Experience in handling sales pipelines and CRM tools is an added advantage

Confident in presenting marketing strategies and proposals to clients

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
