Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to own bluCursor's brand presence across digital channels while driving B2B lead generation for our services and products. This role combines brand management, digital campaigns, and growth marketing, working closely with sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management (Services & Products)
- Own and strengthen bluCursor's brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Ensure consistent messaging for services, solutions and products
- Manage brand positioning on website, LinkedIn, email and marketing assets
- Support branding for new offerings, PoCs and product launches
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and website
- Manage and improve performance of paid campaigns
- Own campaign budgets and ROI tracking
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Drive qualified B2B leads for global markets
- Align brand and campaign messaging with sales pipelines
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Content & Communication
- Plan and manage content such as:
- Website and landing pages
- Blogs, case studies, service/product decks
- LinkedIn posts and email campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for content creation
Analytics & Optimization
- Track brand and campaign performance using analytics and CRM tools
- Share insights, dashboards, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing & brand management (B2B preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Ads
- SEO fundamentals
- Email marketing
- Experience managing brand communication for services or products
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
