This is a full-time hybrid role as an Online Marketing Associate, based in Kolkata with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, online advertising, and search engine optimization strategies. You will contribute to building brand presence, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights. Collaboration with the creative team to curate and execute content will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, and Digital Marketing techniques and tools
• Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and collaborate effectively with teams
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working with brands or digital marketing agencies is an advantage
