Job Description

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who lives and breathes performance marketing

and demand generation. Your north star is simple: generate a consistent, high-quality pipeline of

product demo calls from HR leaders and decision-makers across the Americas and India.

You'll own the full-funnel digital marketing engine from planning and launching paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, to building email nurture sequences that convert cold leads into booked demos. You'll work closely with our Visual Designer to brief and co-create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email assets.

This is a results-obsessed, data-driven role. You won't just run campaigns you'll architect the

demand generation machine that fuels happierwork's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Build and manage full-funnel campaign architectures from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel demo conversion campaigns.

Conduct audience research and build targeted segments for AMER and India markets, including account-based marketing (ABM) lists for enterprise prospects.

Brief the Visual Designer on ad creative requirements static banners, carousel ads, video ads, and landing page visuals ensuring creative is optimized for each platform.

Continuously A/B test ad copy, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.

Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-per-lead (CPL) efficiency.

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

Build and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns: welcome sequences, drip nurtures, product announcements, event invitations, and re-engagement workflows.

Segment email lists based on lead source, behavior, geography (AMER vs. India), and funnel stage to deliver hyper-relevant messaging.

Write compelling email copy (or brief copywriters) with strong subject lines, personalization, and clear CTAs that drive demo bookings.

Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.

Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics

continuously improving performance.

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

Design and optimize high-converting landing pages for ad campaigns, webinars, gated content, and demo booking funnels.

Implement and test lead capture forms, CTAs, and page layouts to maximize conversion rates.

Coordinate with the Visual Designer on landing page design and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Lead Generation & Demo Pipeline

Own the primary KPI: qualified demo calls booked per week/month from digital marketing

efforts.

Build and manage lead scoring and qualification frameworks in collaboration with the Sales team.

Ensure seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales via CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Track the full lead journey from ad click to demo booked to deal closed, attributing revenue back to campaigns.

Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: UTM parameters, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and analytics dashboards.

Monitor and report on key metrics: CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS

(Return on Ad Spend), email conversion rates, demo booking rates, and pipeline contribution.

Use data to identify winning channels, campaigns, and audiences and reallocate budgets accordingly.

Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the Visual Designer to brief, review, and iterate on all ad creatives, email templates, and landing page designs.

Collaborate with the Content Marketing Associate to align paid and organic efforts amplifying high-performing content through paid channels.

Work with Sales and Product teams to understand the buyer journey, refine messaging, and ensure marketing-sales alignment.

Report directly to the product leadership on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and growth strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Experience:

24+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads with measurable lead generation results.

Strong experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation (Apollo, or similar).

Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing: awareness consideration conversion

retention.

Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, platform-native analytics, and UTM tracking.

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and understanding of lead

scoring and pipeline management.

Strong copywriting skills for ad copy, email copy, and landing page messaging.

Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing for CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.

Familiarity with running campaigns targeting both AMER and India markets, with an understanding of how buyer behavior and platform dynamics differ across regions.

Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis, budget tracking, and reporting.

NICE TO HAVE

Google Ads and/or Meta ads and/or Linkedin ads Blueprint certification.

Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, or

Terminus.

Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow.

Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for ad copy generation, audience targeting, or campaign optimization.

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic search work together.

Experience marketing HR tech, enterprise SaaS, or B2B platforms to mid-market and enterprise buyers.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
