- Social, Platform-First Thinking
- Bring a social-first, platform-native mindset to content and campaigns — understanding what works where and why, rather than applying one-size-fits-all assets across platforms.
- Continuously explore new, emerging and evolving social formats (short-form video, carousels, thought-led Reels, creator-inspired storytelling, trend-based formats) and recommend bold yet brand-safe ways to apply them for PwC.

- Oversee editorial calendars and community management via LinkedIn.
- Create, manage, and optimise social copy, content calendars, and posting schedules, ensuring tone, timing, and formats are aligned to platform behaviour.
4. Creative Ideation & Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider Marketing & Branding team to ideate and shape original, social-first ideas — not just executional adaptations — across digital, social, and relevant traditional channels.
- Assist in developing clear, insight-led creative briefs that encourage designers and creators to think beyond static formats and build high-quality, platform-native content.
- Support experimentation with innovative storytelling approaches, including narrative-led series, creator-style formats, and visually led thought leadership.
5. Operational Excellence
- Apply strong project management and execution discipline to manage day-to-day digital marketing activities efficiently, while remaining flexible and adaptive in a fast-moving environment.
