Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non Negotiable, We work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content, ensuring proactive engagement and community management
- Plan digital campaign calendars and execute key marketing initiatives, including webinars, newsletters, and outreach campaigns
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website performance and search rankings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide creative recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and attract potential leads through digital marketing strategies, including outreach, email marketing, and paid/organic campaigns.
- Maintain and track lead data in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) to optimize marketing and sales alignment.
- Create and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Mautic, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Research keywords and write SEO-optimized blogs to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and marketing automation platforms.
- Utilize Apollo (or similar prospecting tools) to identify and engage with potential leads, supporting outreach efforts to expand brand reach
- Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing certifications are a plus.
